A single torque control nut draws the two parts of the connector together and shears off when the teeth have pierced the insulation and made contact with the conductor strands.

Equipped with single shear head screw. Provide a fully sealed, waterproof connection of aluminum and copper main and tap conductors up to 1KV. Easy to install – captive hardware allows for single wrench installation, no special tools required.
