NLL series aluminum alloy tensile clamp for power distribution, suitable for overhead lines of 10kV and below, power plants and substations, fixed overhead insulated aluminum wire or bare copper wire, fixed on the corner or terminal insulator of the rod, thus The overhead wires are fixed or tightened, and an insulating cover is used for insulating the wires to provide insulation protection.
Because of the non-hysteresis high-strength aluminum alloy material and the heat treatment process, the product has the advantages of high strength and low line loss, and is an energy-saving fitting worthy of promotion. Our company has developed the NLLJ series of high grip strength modified products with self-tightening function according to the user’s requirements, which can meet the grip force requirement of the insulated wire without peeling.
Structure Features:
1. Non-tape high-strength aluminum alloy body with high strength and low line loss
2. The pressure block is connected with the “U” bolt, which is very convenient to install.
3. Each “U” bolt is fastened to a separate one to ensure uniform contact pressure
Insulating Cover Features:
1.Power frequency withstand voltage: ≥45kV for 1 minute without breakdown, no flashover;
2.Insulation resistance: >1.0×1014Ω
3.Ambient temperature: -300°C~900C
4.Weather resistance: good performance after 1008 hours of artificial weathering test
