This product is a device that maintains the quotient of the phase spacing of the wires and suppresses the fluctuation of the wires. In particular, it has a strong inhibitory effect on the low-frequency and large-amplitude galvanizing of the wire. Its structure mainly includes four-split slewing spacer rods, slewing arms, connecting plates, interphase insulation and other components.

Among them, the interphase spacer insulator not only plays a role of transmitting mechanical load between phases, but also plays a role of electrical isolation between phases. Applicable conditions:

This product is suitable for AC overhead lines with a voltage level of 330-500kV and a frequency of 50Hz. The sub-conductors are split in four, the sub-line spacing is 400/450 / 500mm, and the distance between phases can be up to 8 meters. ; The altitude of the installation site is 2000 meters and below; the ambient temperature is ± 40 ° C; the earthquake intensity cannot exceed 8 degrees.

Structural principle:

The interphase spacer rod is a sub-conductor spacer rod between (A and B) two-phase split conductors, which is connected by a center-rotatable damping method.

When the A-phase wire is dancing, it is restrained by the transmission of the phase-spaced bar, and the B-phase wire is restrained by this. The phase is not yet dancing. When phase A is dancing to a certain degree, the dancing power is transferred to phase B. At this time, B has a pinning power relative to phase A, so that the dancing of phase A is greatly reduced immediately.

At the same time, phase A also has the same effect on phase B. The reciprocating cycle of phase AB will not produce low-frequency large-amplitude gallops that have a destructive effect on the conductors, thereby suppressing the galloping of the conductors.
